Partner with our Private Elementary School

One of the benefits of a private Christian school is having your child surrounded by teachers, staff and families who value a biblical worldview in all subjects — and at all times. At Southwest Florida Christian Academy’s Elementary School, we partner with Christian parents to offer a well-rounded, phonics-based instructional program for students in our private kindergarten through second grade. We provide a solid foundation for reading and writing, while developing higher level thinking and problem solving skills in the areas of math, science and social science. This foundational learning is then built upon in grades three through five where students are challenged at a higher reading level and are taught how to be critical thinkers and problem solvers.

In addition to the core academic subjects, students in elementary school are provided a variety of practical and performing arts opportunities, as well as classes in physical education, technology, Spanish and library/media.   In grades four and five, team teaching is utilized to begin preparing students for the transition into middle school.

Every subject in the elementary program is taught within a biblical framework and complemented with daily Bible instruction, weekly chapels and a yearly “missions focus” week.  Varieties of extracurricular opportunities are also provided including intramural sports, track and field, and pep squad.  Every component of the program is designed to develop students mentally, spiritually, physically, and socially during these critical foundational years of students’ lives.

Welcome from the Elementary Principal

It is my distinct pleasure to welcome you and your child as part of Southwest Florida Christian Academy’s Elementary School.  At SFCA we desire to give your child the foundations they need in the elementary grades to undergird them throughout their school experience.

Our teachers are all qualified, loving and feel called to the task of teaching in a Kingdom Centered school.  We do not take the education of your child lightly and look forward to working with you as a family in helping to give your child the very best education possible.

As Elementary Principal it is my pleasure to partner with you and your child to accomplish these two things: First, to help your students strive to work to their fullest potential to achieve their best grades and second, to help your child grow in the love and admonition of Christ.
