Thank you for being part of the SFCA family. We appreciate the time your family has spent with us.

To officially withdraw a student from SFCA, please fill out the Opt Out Form below. Only the parent/guardian who enrolled the student(s) may withdraw the student(s). Please note that a withdrawal fee of one full month’s tuition will be assessed on the final withdrawal invoice.
