A Message from the Head of School
Thank you for your interest in Southwest Florida Christian Academy (SFCA). Your desire for a Christian education for your child is to be commended!
SFCA has been a leader in K-12 education for over two decades and is fully accredited by Cognia and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). Our advanced college preparatory program, supplemented with offerings in a variety of practical and performing arts, is integrated with a biblical worldview. With the 3 choirs, 7 bands, and a full art and drama program, students are provided a multitude of performance platforms. The athletic program provides opportunities for students to participate in 42 sports teams across grades K-12 and has received the FHSAA Academic Team Champion recognition four times in eight years. While leadership training occurs across all grade levels, SFCA's unique Student Leadership Academy identifies and equips students who will be the next generation of leaders.
Every aspect of SFCA's program is geared towards preparing students for college and the careers of the future and to be godly leaders who will impact the culture for Christ.

History
Southwest Florida Christian Academy was started in 1994 with 75 students in grades K-3. In our second year, we nearly tripled in size with 200 students in grades K-6. For the 1996 school year, we added grades 7-9 and another 100 students. Tenth grade was added in 1997, 11th grade in 1998, and 12th grade in 1999. We proudly graduated our first class of students on May 26, 2000. Since then, hundreds of SFCA students earned their diplomas, having been trained to engage today's culture with a biblical worldview.
